Tennesee and the App Trail

Here David and Matthew are on top of the Tennessee high point. The view was amazing. Looked like lots of Hydrogen and Twice as much Oxygen suspended in the air.

The next picture is us on the App trail. Only 2099 miles left!

The south will rise again

After the Doug Ward reunion in 2004 at fontana Michael and I went a high pointing. On that trip we got South Carolina and North Carolina. North Carolina feels like a high point as it really rises above the other peaks and there is a view from the top. SC is more of a hill surrounded by trees. This is pretty typical of East coast HPs.
